A Medicare certified, State licensed program, FSL's Home Health Agency provides intermittent skilled nursing and home health aide services that allow patients throughout Maricopa County to remain safely and comfortably at home.

Our caregivers are dedicated client advocates, working with clients, their families, case managers and physicians to provide the highest quality care at home. FSL's Home Health Agency provides Registered Nurses on-call 24 hours every day to answer clients' questions and concerns.

Service Descriptions

In accordance with physician's orders, our staff offers a wide range of Skilled nursing care for those with acute or chronic illness. That includes wound care, medication management, client teaching, catheter care, and diabetic management.

Physical therapy provides strengthening techniques while striving to increase movement potential and decrease pain. Occupational therapy restores health, confidence and self-sufficiency while increasing independence and the ability to carry out self-care activities. Speech therapy focuses on verbal and written expression, auditory and written comprehension, and swallowing.

Home health aide services are provided by a trained, insured, and state-certified nurse's aide. Services include assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, help with ambulation and eating, and monitoring vital signs.

Home Health Care services may be covered by Medicare, ALTCS, or most private insurance plans, or are provided on a fee-for-service basis.
